Women Who Win was co-founded by three avid sports enthusiasts, who succeed each day in the game of marketing.

Cristina Walters

A marketing veteran with more than 23 years of experience, Cristina credits her team of professionals with the success of C&M Communiqué. Her boutique-style firm has competed against the best and won the accounts of a range of public and private enterprises.

A UCLA alumna, this sports enthusiast is often found cheering her Bruins to victory or volunteering her marketing expertise to Special Olympics or local student scholars attending her alma mater.

Cristina's diverse history of community service is highlighted by presently serving as Chair of both the John Wooden Classic Resource Committee and the UCLA Orange County Chancellor's Associates Committee, while a member of the Board of Directors of Special Olympics Southern California.

Beth Thompson

Beth has over 20 years of advertising and marketing management expertise, as a member of both corporate and agency marketing teams, and is currently the field general for consumer-direct marketing in the Western and Southwestern Regions at Aetna. Prior to joining Aetna, she quarterbacked the C&M Communiqué media department and leveraged her experience in the homebuilding, retail and hospitality industries into winning strategies for her clients.

A graduate of UCLA, Beth bleeds blue and gold for all Bruin sports teams. She’s also a huge baseball fan at all levels (Go Angels!) and can often be found watching her oldest son play high school ball.

Leslie Bonifay

As client services director at C&M Communiqué, Leslie's talents in the field of marketing, plus her love for sports, have proven a winning combination in the co-creation of Women Who Win. Whether cheering her team to victory on a new business pitch or punting a last minute request for a valued client, Leslie appreciates all aspects of the business “game.”

An avid baseball fan, you can always find Leslie keeping score the old-fashioned way (by hand) at Angel Stadium or rooting for her alma mater, the Cal State Fullerton Titans. Leslie also enjoys puck action from the Ducks, high-speed Indy Car racing, time-honored horse racing and hard-hitting boxing. Since her favorite channel is ESPN, she often reminds her husband how great it is to be married to someone who knows as much about sports as he does!
